TERMS & CONDITIONS
Mannequin World ltd, referred to herein as 'the company' and also as 'Mannequin World' offers services including (but not limited to) mannequin hire, new mannequin sales, refurbished mannequin sales, sales of bust form dummies, torsos and tailors dummies, shop dummies, the creation of unique mannequins and figures and the refurbishment and restoration of customers' mannequins, tailors dummies, busts, torsos, shop fittings, commercial, retail and merchandise display furniture.

Our services are offered to clients and customers, referred to herein as such, subject to the following terms and conditions. In contracting to do business with Mannequin World, verbally, via our website, by post, email or by means of a purchase order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
PRICING
Mannequin World make every effort to ensure the accuracy of prices quoted in-person, by telephone, on this website or in other media. We accept no liability, however, for errors or ommissions and reserve the right to change our advertised prices, without notice, as required.
PAYMENT
None account customers must settle the invoice in-full prior to the dispatch of goods.

For account customers, unless special arrangements are agreed with the company in writing, payment of our invoice must be made in-full, within thirty days of the invoice date and without deduction, counter-claim or set-off. Invoices outstanding beyond the due date are payable immediately.

All physical products supplied remain the property of Mannequin World until receipt of cleared funds in the full amount of the invoice, whereupon ownership transfers to the customer. In the case of invoices outstanding beyond the due date, the company reserves the right to collect goods supplied and to hold the customer liable for any loss, theft or damage of items at the prices quoted on the original invoice.

At the company's discretion, unpaid invoices may be referred to our debt collection agency.
MANNEQUIN HIRE & MANNEQUIN RENTAL
Mannequins and other all other Mannequin World goods for hire are supplied in as-new condition and must be presented for collection as such.

Customers are liable for any losses incurred in respect of damage, loss or theft at the full retail price of the given item/s quoted on this website on the date of due return.
DISPATCH & DELIVERY
Mannequin World ltd endeavour to offer next-day delivery on stock items whenever possible but reserve the right to change delivery dates as required. Upon receipt of faulty, damaged or incorrect goods, it is the responsibility of the customer to notify Mannequin World immediately, by telephone or email.  See also 'COMPLAINTS AND RETURNS'.

In the case of none stock and bespoke items, dispatch dates must be treated as estimates only and are subject to change as required by the company. Mannequin World ltd accept no liability whatsoever for failure to dispatch orders by the estimated date.
COMPLAINTS & RETURNS
Upon receipt, it is the customer's responsibility to check the goods supplied.  Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods should be reported to Mannequin World by email, telephone, or in writing, within three working days.  Mannequin World will arrange for collection of such goods for account credit upon return. Goods should be presented for collection in their original boxes and packaging.

In the case of unwanted, but otherwise correct and undamaged goods, the customer is responsible for the cost of return for account credit and liable for the safe transit of such goods to Mannequin World.  Goods lost or damaged in transit will be charged to the customer at the full retail price of the item as quoted on original invoice.  Mannequin World will charge a handling/restocking fee of 15% of the net invoice amount, plus VAT. The original third party delivery charge is non-refundable.
